    Solution
    Welded steel housing with formed safety hood, dual pneumatic spindles, integrated brass air manifold, vacuum hose ports, vibration-isolated base pads. Yellow finish for tool-cell identification.

    Brief
    Multi-operator daily inspection route over heated process tanks required fall protection and chemical splash separation.
    Solution
    Galvanized steel walkway with bar-grating deck, 42" hazard-yellow guardrails with mid-rail and 4" toe-kick, hot-dip finish for corrosion resistance over the bath line. PE-stamped for the AHJ.

    Trussed white steel frame, integrated 7-tread stair with hazard-yellow handrail and treads, perforated platform deck, heavy-duty casters with foot brakes. Stair angle and rise sized to NBC 2020.

    Counter-balanced pivot shield in formed steel, hazard-yellow finish for visibility, manual swing-clear with detent. Mounted to existing structural columns with bolted brackets — no welding to host structure.

    Solution
    Welded steel basket with full-height guarding, certified four-point lifting bridle, gate with self-closing latch, hazard-yellow throughout. Load-tested to 125 % of rated capacity with documented certificate.

    Welded aluminum frame and skin, fiber-laser cut top with radiused corners (sized from a sample basin via reverse-engineering), Novacel protective film shipped in place. Casters for cell reconfiguration.

    Brief
    Legacy drill press exposed the operator to flying chips and coolant; existing hood was missing and a permanent enclosure would have blocked tool changes and workpiece loading.
    Solution
    Articulated arm built from hazard-yellow extruded T-slot profile with machined aluminum pivot brackets, allowing the clear polycarbonate shield to swing fully clear of the spindle and table. Magnetic base clamps to the column without drilling the host machine. Shield height and angle adjustable per operator without tools.

    Plant needed to move large fragile painted panels between cells without scratching surfaces or requiring forklift handling on every trip.
    Solution
    Welded steel cage on a white powder-coated base, hazard-yellow vertical slots sized to the panel pitch with felt-lined contact faces. Heavy-duty swivel casters with foot brakes, integrated forklift pockets and a yellow tow tongue for tugger trains. Stencilled orientation marking for handling crews.
